Buick Cielo
A five- passenger mid-size concept
vehicle from Buick the Cielo features three solid roof panels that glide down a pair of
rails into a pocket behind the rear seat to create a convertible with two permanent roll
bars. Graceful exterior styling and a simple yet elegant interior that includes many
voice-activated operations that can be customized to each individual driver. Control and gauges are hidden from view until they are
needed. Built on a Regal chassis and powered by a 3.8-liter 3800 Series II V6. The Cielo
lines are clearly Buick and look remarkably like a line drawing of the 2000 Buick
LeSabre's body structure. Introduced at the North American
International Auto Show - Detroit, Michigan - January, 1999. |
